"Jacks Archer King of Hearts"
Archer's DNA Profile #- V599116
Archer came to me from South Bend, WA. He rode in my lap the whole way home and has decided that it is his job to look after me. Archer is everything that is "Boxer" He comes from a long line of champions with names such as; Jems, Ellens alley, Bridgewood and Summit view, throughout his pedigree. His excellent breeding shows through, not only due to his physical traits, but also to his temperment.
Archer is 75 lbs and 25" to the top of the withers.
Archer is a watch dog and protector first and foremost. He watches over everything that he loves and wards off danger if it comes near. When Archer is having family time he talks frequently.
He'll sing with Daddy and occassionally will "tell him off" if Daddy teases him too much. Archer is my quickest learner, with very little rebellion in him. He learned to "Heal" after two walks (wish my girls would of) Archer aims to please. Archer's moods reflect in his face. He is very expressive, more so than all my other kids.
When Kaleigh first came home, she was sleeping on the dog bed at the bottom of the stairs and Sissy, Archer and Bubba came in and started rough housing. They knocked over a heavy wooden chair which hit Kaleigh in the head. After much crying (and cuddling from Mom), Kaleigh settled down and went to sleep on the couch. Archer took his post at her side with a worried look on his face, and stayed there until she woke and he knew she was OK. (see picture at bottom of page)
Archer has a fabulous large "Boxer" head that's beautifully wishbone shaped with a very nicely proportioned muzzle and a lightly turned up nose. He has very expressive dark eyes. He has a nice slight arch on the top of his head and a great ear and eye set.
